At UFC 140, light heavyweight champion Jon Jones found himself matched up against the destructive karate of Lyoto Machida. In the first true test of Jones’ mental toughness, “The Dragon” pushed Jones to the very brink of defeat. Like a true champion, Jones persevered and locked in a standing guillotine choke that turned the lights out on Machida.
