This is the 8th episode of MMA Warped Tonight. This episode as a whole summarizes UFC 109 as a whole. It was a much better event than many expected. Also this episode talks about Tito Ortiz situation and how more and more fight fans are losing respect for him. Lastly this episode covers HDnet and how they are supposed to begin showing King Of The Cage events starting this Friday.

In our next segment for UFC 109 Dan Miller will be fighting Demian Maia. Both fighters have great ground game, Miller submitting 7 fighters and Maia submitting 8. Both fighters stand up is average.  This should be a great ground game chess match.  I don’t anticipate an early KO or submission.  This will be a long fight that will be grinded out by both fighters.

The battle at 170 should be a great fight at UFC 109 between two of the sports most season veterans.  Frank Trigg, in his last fight at UFC 103 suffered his 7^th loss to Josh Koscheck.  Trigg was out matched; Koscheck had a much faster stand-up and better wrestling and take down skills.
